In an effort to promote circularity in fashion, CYNTHIA & XIAO has teamed up with The Billie System and Shangri-La Hotels to launch this meaningful collaborative project that repurposes retired hotel bed linens into a limited-edition series of travel goods.
Through The Billie System’s innovative and environmentally friendly textile recycling process, discarded bedsheets from regional hotel groups have been broken down into fibres to produce new yarns. These recycled yarns are now incorporated into this exclusive line that comprises a robe, cardigan, and travel pouch.
Drawn from the playful spirit of CYNTHIA & XIAO, each piece in this collection features vivid colours and whimsical graphic prints, all inspired by the art and culture within Di Qing, China, also known as Shangri-La.
