When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed Mondays to Fridays (excluding holidays) and take 2 to 5 business days to process before shipping out. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that would allow you to track the status of your delivery.
What is CYNTHIA & XIAO’s shipping policy for Hong Kong?
All cost of shipping within Hong Kong is free of charge
Express delivery time: 1-2 weeks
Standard delivery time: 3-4 weeks
Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. CYNTHIA & XIAO is not responsible for items delivered to the incorrect shipping address
If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.
Does CYNTHIA & XIAO ship internationally?
CYNTHIA & XIAO ships worldwide!
International shipments will have a flat shipping rate of 150 HKD OR 250 HKD for express delivery.
Please ensure that your contact number is provided, and all information is submitted in English at checkout. International customers are responsible for the duties and taxes that are required within their countries.
Can I modify my order?

What is CYNTHIA & XIAO’s Return Policy?
We will gladly accept returns on all item(s) within 14 days from the day you receive it. A full refund (EXCLUDING DELIVERY) will be offered. However, item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached with its original packaging
Any sale item from our website is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Once your return arrives, CYNTHIA & XIAO will process and inspect the item. You will then receive a notification on the status of your refund.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return item(s). All Shipping costs are non-refundable
How do I know which size to order?
To view our product sizes and measurements, view our SIZE CHART page. All CYNTHIA & XIAO models wear a standard size 36.
What are CYNTHIA & XIAO’s payment methods?
We accept PayPal and credit cards payments through VISA, MASTERS and AMEX.
Can I change the currency on the e-commerce store?
The option to change currency settings is currently unavailable. Products sold on the site are charged in HKD.
